I’ve joined my blogging friends for a new facet of my blog, called His Encouragement, inspiring scriptures shared each Thursday. My hope and my prayer is that these scriptures each week will bless your heart and encourage your soul.
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
Jude 1:24 KJV
How often we fall? How often we fail? How often we’re at fault? Isn’t such a blessed hope that He can keep us from falling and that someday He will make us faultless?!? Life presents us with so many opportunities to stumble and fall into sin. We make wrong choices each and every day. We are lifted up in pride. We get jealous. We yell in anger at our kids or the driver who cut us off. We think things we ought not. We say things we ought not. We do things we ought not. But, with his help, we can keep from falling into the devil’s snares and traps. He is able!
But praise God, that in spite of all our sin and all our short-comings, God has forgiven us. He has washed away all our stain and shame and someday, we will stand before him completely faultless! What a blessed day is coming when we will be in his presence whole and pure. I’m looking forward to that day, aren’t you?
What scripture is encouraging you today? Share it with us!

I think I fall and fail about 17 times a day. Sometimes, I think it’s hourly that I mess up! I am SO grateful for Jesus and His grace. And, I am really grateful that I have realized just how much I truly need my Savior every single day. Great verse choice today, Gina!

Amen! It may sound silly, but I did not realize just how much I fail until I become a mom. Praise the Lord, He is there to help us and keep us from falling.

Amen! I screw up all.the.time. I’m so thankful that Jesus is above any of my failures and that through him I can have full forgiveness–enough to be deemed faultless. Priceless ❤

Amen! I make mistakes constantly! But I’m ever so grateful that one day, those mistakes will stop. One day, I will no longer have to worry about sin. One day I will be in the presence of the Lord!!
