For 2020, I have chosen Isiah 41:10 as my personal verse. This lead into a theme for this year’s “His Encouragement” posts. Each week, I will look at another “fear not” Scripture of the Bible. I hope that as we journey together through these verses that we all will learn a little more about trusting God and rooting out the fear in our lives.
Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.
Joel 2: 21 KJV
I think there are times we all need this reminder. Why not put your name in place of the word, land? I know I need to be reminded to be glad and rejoice. A reminder that the LORD will do great things– just not always in my timing. If I allow him to work, I am always amazing at the things he brings to past in my life. He has big plans to use me, if I let him. I don’t need to fear or try to take control.
Fear not, O _____; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.
He will do great things–
-in your home.
-in your life.
-in your church.
-in your community.
-in your ministry.
He has BIG plans for you. Fear Not. Be glad and rejoice.
